After suffering from severe anxiety, stress, mood swings, and IBS, I decided things needed to change.
I did not want to take medication as it felt like a band aid solution to what I knew could only be fixed by making some serious lifestyle changes. I started to look deeper inside at what could be causing all these issues which were disrupting my daily life and stopping me from being the best version of myself.
I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I implemented everything I learnt that resonated with me and the transformation spoke for itself. I then knew I had to help other people through what I had been through to come out stronger, happier and free from chronic anxiety and stress.
I suddenly felt brave enough to travel to Mexico to complete my 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga training where I learnt a whole new way of life that is so healing, that I feel very compelled to share.
I know everything can feel so scary and overwhelming, but we can change that. I believe all my clients have what it takes to transform their life and it starts now.
