Weekly 1 hour classes in your home for 6 weeks. Over 6 weeks you will see a huge improvement in flexibility and strength. As you progress in your yoga practice, you may find that it opens up new avenues for personal growth and self-discovery.

Group Yoga (minimum 3 people)

  • You can support and encourage each other during challenging poses, celebrate progress, and share the joys and benefits of yoga together.

  • Yoga with friends can add an element of fun and enjoyment to your practice

  • Engaging in social activities is beneficial for your overall well-being. Practicing yoga with friends allows you to combine the benefits of physical exercise, mindfulness, and social interaction

  • £20 per person for a 1 hour class
