A bit about my food…

After graduating from Leiths School of Food and Wine in 2019 I went on to work in some incredible restaurants in London and Los Angeles. All focused on locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. After Covid I became a Private chef in which I have worked with many amazing clients from around the world, catering to all dietary requirements.

I am passionate about nourishing the body and specialise in creating delicious, wholesome and nutritionally balanced meals. I love serving food family style, lots of different plates to pass around and share with your friends and family, as seen in the photo.

I am committed to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals through the power of food. If you think healthy eating is boring, I am here to prove you wrong. With the use of fresh and seasonal produce, herbs and spices, a meal can be completely transformed with all their added healing powers and amazing flavours.

Delicious

Obviously this is the most important part of a meal. To me being satisfied after a meal means did it satisfy my tastebuds? Eating great food is one of my favourite things in life and being able to share that is a huge gift.  From living in LA and spending a lot of time in Thailand and Mexico, I have picked up so many tips on how to make food taste amazing with the use of fresh herbs and spices, different techniques and a lot of love. Healthy food should not be sad but instead vibrant, colourful and of course delicious.

Nutritious

I love to base my meals around nourishing our bodies, making sure we are all getting the nutrients our bodies need daily. Fuelling ourselves with the right things makes a huge difference to our overall health and wellbeing. Packing meals with nutrient dense foods, all whilst tasting amazing is my bread and butter. I love to make vegetables shine as they are all so different and offer so many benefits to us. If you don’t think you like vegetables please let me change your mind.

Balanced

Everything in life should be enjoyed in balance. A Balanced lifestyle means enjoying  all the things we love guilt free, as well as incorporating whole foods to help aid our bodies in healing and rejuvenation. Life should be about joy and eating food with friends and family, not deprivation. I believe all my meals are beautifully balanced containing all the foods you love and do not want to give up, because lets face it, life is too short to give up chocolate.

I am now offering 1 - 1 or group cooking classes !

First we will talk to get an idea of what your favourite foods and ingredients and we can go through what you like/dislike and want to learn/ get better at.

Then I will come to your house with the ingredients and show you multiple ways to use ingredients, meal prep, and give you the tools to cook what you want at home in the most efficient way
