  • Do not worry! This would be perfect for you, I know it can be daunting sometimes trying something new which is why private 1 to 1 sessions are the best. In the comfort of your own home, with nobody else we can work on whatever areas of your body you like. You do not need to be flexible to do yoga, it is something that will naturally progress.

  • Absolutely. Depending on the injury, usually yoga can actually help. Working with what your physio or doctor has told you, we can work around your injury.

  • That is okay, I can bring a mat, blocks and a strap for you!

  • Yes of course! Online is £60 per session
